Mr. Byrnes is a partner for Davis & Byrnes.  Prior to forming Davis & Byrnes, he was a principal of The Byrnes Law Office and worked at one of the largest real estate law firms in New York. His practice areas include both litigation and transactional work in real estate.  Mr. Byrnes’ clientele include property owners, developers, cooperative boards, including low income cooperatives, condominium associations, and business owners. He is also the Chief Executive Office for ZRE Properties, an asset management and property management company located in Manhattan.
